- Guided diagnosis and costed intervention plans
- Outcome indicators, measurement and impact stories
- Two live onboarding sessions and weekly office hours
- A midpoint review and end-of-pilot findings session
Success criteria
Agree what success means first
Before kickoff, the team sets baseline values, owners and numeric targets for adoption, user value and real-world outcomes. Review progress weekly in the pilot measurement dashboard.
- Adoption: agreed number of active team members and regular use.
- User value: evidence of better decisions, time saved or improved coordination, as defined together.
- Outcomes: progress against agreed initiative indicators, with dates and supporting evidence.
Targets are agreed per organisation; no outcome is guaranteed. Provider integrations and automatic field sync are subject to live validation and deployment setup.
